目的:研究干姜提取液对小鼠抗应激能力的影响。方法采用强迫游泳法测定小鼠的游泳时间、常压耐缺氧法、热应激及冷应激来测定小鼠的存活时间;通过测定小鼠血清和肝匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)的含量,观察干姜提取液对小鼠各种有害刺激的影响。结果干姜提取液在一定浓度连续灌胃(ig)给药14d,能显著延长小鼠的游泳时间(P <00.5或 P <00.1)和小鼠常压耐缺氧的存活时间,提高热应激和冷应激小鼠的存活率( P <00.5或 P <00.1),肝匀浆中的SOD、CAT活性增加( P <00.5或 P<00.1)、MDA水平下降( P <00.5或 P <00.1)。结论干姜提取液能增强小鼠的抗疲劳能力、延长常压缺氧小鼠的存活时间、提高低温及高温环境下小鼠的存活率,提高机体对外界应激的反应能力。

목적:연구간강제취액대소서항응격능력적영향。방법채용강박유영법측정소서적유영시간、상압내결양법、열응격급랭응격래측정소서적존활시간;통과측정소서혈청화간균장중초양화물기화매(SOD)、과양화경매(CAT)적활성급병이철(MDA)적함량,관찰간강제취액대소서각충유해자격적영향。결과간강제취액재일정농도련속관위(ig)급약14d,능현저연장소서적유영시간(P <00.5혹 P <00.1)화소서상압내결양적존활시간,제고열응격화랭응격소서적존활솔( P <00.5혹 P <00.1),간균장중적SOD、CAT활성증가( P <00.5혹 P<00.1)、MDA수평하강( P <00.5혹 P <00.1)。결론간강제취액능증강소서적항피로능력、연장상압결양소서적존활시간、제고저온급고온배경하소서적존활솔,제고궤체대외계응격적반응능력。
Objective To observe the anti-stress effect of the Dried Ginger Extract in mice . Methods The effects of aqueous extract and ethanolic extract on the swimming-sustained time , the survival time under hypoxia tolerance , the survival rate by high temperature ( 40 ℃) stimulation and cold temperature( -6~2 ℃) simulation were observed ,by the method of compelled swimming , anti-hypoxia under normal pressure、40 ℃and -6~2 ℃ respectively . Results The Aqueous extract and Ethanolic extract from dried Ginger could well prolong the swimming time ( P < 0 .05 or P < 0 .01) ,the survival time of hypoxia and improve the survival rate under the cold temperature( P < 0 .05 or P < 0 .01) . Furthermore , after being treated 14d with extract from dried Ginger could significantly increase the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) , catalase(CAT ) in liver homogenate and malondialdehyde( MDA) content was decreased markedly . In addition , the Ethanolic extract from dried Ginger could significantly increase the survival time and the ability of anti-cold temperature .Conclusion the Aqueous extract and Ethanolic extract from dried Ginger could enhance the ability of anti-stress response .
