机制砂代替天然黄砂配制水泥混凝土,具有来源广与价格低的优势,但由于机制砂在颗粒规整及表面纹理上与黄砂存在较大差异,有必要开展不同机制砂掺量对混凝土性能影响研究。本研究通过开展不同机制砂掺量、不同强度等级机制砂配制高标号及泵送混凝土强度及工作性能的研究,研究表明高标号及泵送混凝土的最佳机制砂配比为60%,其工作性能可以满足高标号及泵送混凝土的相关要求。

Manufactured sand has the advantage in preparation for concrete instead of natural sand owing to extensive source and low price. However, it is neces ary to study the change of performance of the concrete with manufactured sand. The dif erent manufactured sand volume and strength-grades high-strength and pumping concrete have been studied. The results showed that the strengths of high-strength and pumping concrete increased with the volume of manufactured sand, and reached the maximums when the volume of manufactured sand was 60%. The workability of high-strength and pumping concrete could meet requirements.
