目的：探讨高压氧治疗周围神经损伤的治疗效果。方法：选择周围神经损伤患者124例（共146条），随机分为高压氧治疗组74例（86条）及对照组（50例（60条），2组均采用包括外科临床手术处理及神经细胞活化剂、扩血管药、针灸、理疗等综合治疗，高压氧组在上述综合治疗措施的同时行高压氧治疗，每天1次，12次为1疗程，根据神经功能（BMRC）评定标准，评定2组患者神经功能恢复情况。结果：2组患者随访6～24个月，高压氧组优良率86．04％，对照组优良率53．33％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：高压氧配合外科综合治疗可以有效提高神经功能恢复，降低致残率，提高生活质量，不失为一种神经损伤早期康复的有效治疗方法。
목적：탐토고압양치료주위신경손상적치료효과。방법：선택주위신경손상환자124례（공146조），수궤분위고압양치료조74례（86조）급대조조（50례（60조），2조균채용포괄외과림상수술처리급신경세포활화제、확혈관약、침구、리료등종합치료，고압양조재상술종합치료조시적동시행고압양치료，매천1차，12차위1료정，근거신경공능（BMRC）평정표준，평정2조환자신경공능회복정황。결과：2조환자수방6～24개월，고압양조우량솔86．04％，대조조우량솔53．33％，2조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론：고압양배합외과종합치료가이유효제고신경공능회복，강저치잔솔，제고생활질량，불실위일충신경손상조기강복적유효치료방법。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen treatment of peripheral nerve injury .Methods:124 cases with peripheral nerve injury (146), were divided into the hyperbaric oxygen treatment group of 74 cases (86) and the control group (50 cases (60), two groups were treated with surgical clinical operation treatment and nerve cell activator , vasodilator, acupuncture , physi-cal therapy , high pressure oxygen in the group therapy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy , 1 times a day , 12 times for 1 course of treatment , according to the neural function ( BMRC) evaluation standard , evaluation of two groups of patients with nerve function recovery .Results:Two groups of patients were followed up for 6~24 months, the hyperbaric oxygen group , the excellent and good rate was 86.04%, control group, the excellent and good rate was 53.33%, there was significant difference between 2 groups (P <0.05).Conclusions:Hyperbaric oxygenation combined with surgical therapy can improve the recovery of nerve function , reduce the rate of disability , improve the quality of life, effective method for the treatment of early rehabilitation is a kind of nerve injury .
