目的：探讨自拟中药方结合针灸治疗肘关节功能障碍的临床疗效和安全性。方法：采用单盲、随机、对照的临床试验方法将本院50例肘关节功能障碍患者随机分成两组，对照组25例接受针灸治疗，1次/d，每次30 min，1周治疗6日，以2周为1个疗程，治疗组25例在对照组治疗方案基础上加用自拟中药方内服，1剂/d，两次分服，1周治疗6日，以2周为1个疗程。1个疗程结束后比较两组血液流变学、临床总有效率。结果：1）治疗后两组临床症状改善率比较的差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），治疗组优于对照组；2）两组治疗后血流速度（Vs）、平均血流速度（Vd）、舒张末期血流速度（Vm）均较治疗前升高（P＜0.05），其中治疗组升高幅度较对照组明显（ P＜0.05）。结论：自拟中药方联合针灸有效得缓解患者症状，为临床同类治疗开拓思路。

목적：탐토자의중약방결합침구치료주관절공능장애적림상료효화안전성。방법：채용단맹、수궤、대조적림상시험방법장본원50례주관절공능장애환자수궤분성량조，대조조25례접수침구치료，1차/d，매차30 min，1주치료6일，이2주위1개료정，치료조25례재대조조치료방안기출상가용자의중약방내복，1제/d，량차분복，1주치료6일，이2주위1개료정。1개료정결속후비교량조혈액류변학、림상총유효솔。결과：1）치료후량조림상증상개선솔비교적차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05），치료조우우대조조；2）량조치료후혈류속도（Vs）、평균혈류속도（Vd）、서장말기혈류속도（Vm）균교치료전승고（P＜0.05），기중치료조승고폭도교대조조명현（ P＜0.05）。결론：자의중약방연합침구유효득완해환자증상，위림상동류치료개탁사로。
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with rehabilitation training on elbow joint dysfunction .Methods:A total of 50 cases of elbow dysfunction patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups;25 cases in control group that received acupuncture and moxibustion , once per day, 30 min each time, 6 days-treatment per week, two weeks as one period of treatment;25 cases of observation group had traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the basis of the control group treatment , twice per day , 6 days-treatment per week , two weeks as one period of treatment .Improvements of clinical symptoms, blood rheology, biochemical factors of the two groups were compared after treatment .Results:1)After treatment, improve-ments on clinical symptoms between the two groups were statistically different (P<0.05), observation group was better than the control group;2)Blood flow velocity (Vs), mean blood flow velocity (Vd), end-diastolic blood flow velocity (Vm) of the both groups both in-creased as compared with before treatment (P<0.05), the increase in observation group was much more significant (P<0.05).Con-clusion:Self-prepared kidney-tonifying fumigation combined with acupuncture and moxibustion can effectively relieve symptoms for the patients.It can be a possible mean for similar clinical treatment .
