目的：观察增液汤干预下干燥综合征（Sjogren＇s Syndrome，SS）模型小鼠肺及结肠组织中水通道蛋白AQP1（aquaporin1）、AQP8（aquaporin8）的表达规律。方法：选用BALB/c小鼠，各组10只，免疫诱导法建立干燥综合征小鼠模型，产生SS特异性临床表现和病理改变，采用免疫组化和Western blot蛋白质印迹法观察增液汤对SS模型小鼠肺及结肠组织中AQP1/AQP8表达的影响。结果：增液汤可以增强肺及结肠组织中AQP1的蛋白表达（ P＜0.01），对AQP8无影响。结论：AQP1在干燥综合征模型鼠多组织中的表达下调，可能是干燥综合征水液代谢障碍，多脏器损伤的机制之一；增液汤恢复机体阴液，起到“增水”功效可能与上调AQP1蛋白表达有关。
목적：관찰증액탕간예하간조종합정（Sjogren＇s Syndrome，SS）모형소서폐급결장조직중수통도단백AQP1（aquaporin1）、AQP8（aquaporin8）적표체규률。방법：선용BALB/c소서，각조10지，면역유도법건립간조종합정소서모형，산생SS특이성림상표현화병리개변，채용면역조화화Western blot단백질인적법관찰증액탕대SS모형소서폐급결장조직중AQP1/AQP8표체적영향。결과：증액탕가이증강폐급결장조직중AQP1적단백표체（ P＜0.01），대AQP8무영향。결론：AQP1재간조종합정모형서다조직중적표체하조，가능시간조종합정수액대사장애，다장기손상적궤제지일；증액탕회복궤체음액，기도“증수”공효가능여상조AQP1단백표체유관。
Objective:To observe the expressions of AQP1 and AQP8 in lung and colon tissue of mice with Sjogren's syndrome.Meth-ods:Fifty BALB/c mice were randomized into five groups ,with10 mice in each group .The mice models with Sjogren's syndrome were es-tablished by immune inducing method .It was able to produce the specific clinical symptoms and pathological changes of Sjogren 's syn-drome.The effect of Zengye decoction on the expression of AQP 1/AQP8 in lung and colon tissue was observed by immunohistochemistry and Western blot.Results:Zengye decoction can strengthen the AQP1 protein expression in lung and colon tissue (P<0.01),however AQP8 was barely changed .Conclusion:It could be one of the causes of Sjogren's syndrome that AQP1 expression was reduced in multi-ple organ in the mice with Sjogren’s syndrome.Zengye decoction can increase the body fluid ,and the effect may be associated with the increased AQP1 expression .
