目的：观察补虚通痹法（肺纤通方）对特发性肺间质纤维化患者生活质量的影响。方法：将48例患者随机分为两组，治疗组予以肺纤通方治疗，对照组予以N-乙酰半胱氨酸治疗，比较两组患者圣·乔治呼吸问题调查问卷评分、6 min步行试验及呼吸困难症状评分的变化。结果：在圣·乔治呼吸问题调查问卷综合评定方面，治疗组明显优于对照组（P＜0.05），总评分、症状评分、心理状况评分方面，治疗组在治疗后较治疗前均有明显改善（P＜0.05），组间比较，治疗组有优于对照组的趋势，但差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；两组患者治疗前后6 min步行距离均有延长，但治疗组延长程度明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）；在患者呼吸困难症状方面，治疗组明显优于对照组（ P＜0.05）。结论：补虚通痹法（肺纤通方）能够明显改善患者呼吸困难的症状，提高特发性肺间质纤维化患者生活质量及增强患者活动耐力。
목적：관찰보허통비법（폐섬통방）대특발성폐간질섬유화환자생활질량적영향。방법：장48례환자수궤분위량조，치료조여이폐섬통방치료，대조조여이N-을선반광안산치료，비교량조환자골·교치호흡문제조사문권평분、6 min보행시험급호흡곤난증상평분적변화。결과：재골·교치호흡문제조사문권종합평정방면，치료조명현우우대조조（P＜0.05），총평분、증상평분、심리상황평분방면，치료조재치료후교치료전균유명현개선（P＜0.05），조간비교，치료조유우우대조조적추세，단차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）；량조환자치료전후6 min보행거리균유연장，단치료조연장정도명현우우대조조（P＜0.05）；재환자호흡곤난증상방면，치료조명현우우대조조（ P＜0.05）。결론：보허통비법（폐섬통방）능구명현개선환자호흡곤난적증상，제고특발성폐간질섬유화환자생활질량급증강환자활동내력。
Objective:To observe the effect of the Qi-Tonifying and Stagnation-Purging Method ( Feixiantong decoction ) on life quality of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF) patients.Methods:48 IPF patients were randomly divided into two groups ,the treatment group treated with Feixiantong decoction and the control group treated with NAC for 3 months.We collected the score of SGRQ ,6-minutes walk result and breathing difficulty score before and after the treatment ,established a database and analyzed data with SAS 8.2.Results:Com-pared to control group ,the treatment group improved significantly at the comprehensive assessment of SGRQ .There was significant im-provement of the treatment group in terms of total score ,symptom score,psychological status score about SGRQ after treatment ,but the difference was not significant compared to the control group .The treatment group also showed significantly better effect in the 6 minutes walk test and difficulty breathing integral score .Conclusion:The patients with IPF can benefit from the treatment of the decoction of Feixiantong by relieving difficulty breathing ,improving patient's quality of life and physical endurance .
