目的：观察肛瘘术后患者应用促愈熏洗方的治疗效果，以及药物浓度及熏洗时间对熏洗疗效的影响。方法：将144例肛瘘术后患者随机分为4组，每组36例，组1用浓度为125 mL：2000 mL的促愈方熏洗10 min治疗，组2用浓度为125 mL：3000 mL的促愈方熏洗20 min治疗，组3用浓度为125 mL：2000 mL的促愈方熏洗20 min治疗，组4用浓度为125 mL：3000 mL的促愈方熏洗10 min治疗。治疗14 d后，对术后疼痛、水肿、渗液、出血、发热及创面愈合等情况进行观察统计。结果：低浓度长时间熏洗组在治疗术后疼痛、出血、水肿、渗液及促进创面愈合等方面均明显优于其他各组（ P＜0.05）。结论：应用促愈熏洗方低浓度长时间的熏洗治疗能明显减轻肛瘘术后疼痛、水肿、渗液、出血等症状，并促进创面愈合，是治疗肛瘘术后的有效方剂。

목적：관찰항루술후환자응용촉유훈세방적치료효과，이급약물농도급훈세시간대훈세료효적영향。방법：장144례항루술후환자수궤분위4조，매조36례，조1용농도위125 mL：2000 mL적촉유방훈세10 min치료，조2용농도위125 mL：3000 mL적촉유방훈세20 min치료，조3용농도위125 mL：2000 mL적촉유방훈세20 min치료，조4용농도위125 mL：3000 mL적촉유방훈세10 min치료。치료14 d후，대술후동통、수종、삼액、출혈、발열급창면유합등정황진행관찰통계。결과：저농도장시간훈세조재치료술후동통、출혈、수종、삼액급촉진창면유합등방면균명현우우기타각조（ P＜0.05）。결론：응용촉유훈세방저농도장시간적훈세치료능명현감경항루술후동통、수종、삼액、출혈등증상，병촉진창면유합，시치료항루술후적유효방제。
Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese herbal fumigant of Cuyuxunxi prescription on patients after anal fistuletomy . Methods:One hundred and forty four patients after anal fistuletomy were divided into 4 groups randomly with 36 patients in each group . Group One gave patients sitting bath with Chinese herbal fumigant of Cuyuxunxi prescription with concentration of 125 mL:2 000mL for10 minutes;patients in Group Two received sitting bath with Chinese herbal fumigant with concentration of 125 mL:3 000 mL for 20 minutes;patients in Group Three were given sitting bath with Chinese herbal fumigant with the concentration of 125 mL:2 000 mL for 20 min;Group Four gave patients sitting bath with Chinese herbal fumigant with concentration of 125 mL:3 000 mL for 10 minutes .After 14 days of treatment,the pain,pruritus,turgescence,effusion and healings of the cuts were observed .Results:Long time treatment with low concentration of Chinese herbal fumigant showed significantly good results in terms of postoperative pain ,pruritus,turgescence,effu-sion and healings of the cuts (P<0.05).Conclusion:Long time treatment with low concentration of Chinese herbal fumigant of Cuyux -unxi prescription can relieve the pain ,pruritus,turgescence,effusion after anal fistuletomy and promote the healings of the cut .
