采用 Pro /E 建模,利用 ANSYS 的 SST 三维湍流模型和 JFO 边界条件,分析汽轮机转子挠曲变化对滑动轴承油膜特性的影响。结果表明:该方法与基于 Reynolds 方程的理论分析方法得到的油膜沿周向压力分布规律基本相同,验证了该方法的合理性与有效性;随着汽轮机转子挠曲的增大,油膜承压中心向轴内侧偏移,收敛的楔形油膜区呈现高压且最高压力逐渐增大,发散的楔形油膜区呈现负压且最低负压逐渐减小,正负压差逐渐增大,进而引起油膜分布不均,使油膜容易破裂、刚度变差、稳定性变差。

The impact of the rotor deflection of steam turbine on the sliding bearing oil film properties was analyzed by adopting Pro /E modeling,and by using the SST three dimensional (3D)turbulence model of ANSYS and the JFO bound-ary conditions.The results show that the film pressure distribution rule along the circumferential direction by this method is the same as that by the theoretical analysis method based on Reynolds equation,which validating the rationality and va-lidity of this method.Along with the increasing of steam turbine rotor deflection,the oil film pressure center is offset to the inside of the shaft,convergence wedge film area shows high pressure and the maximum pressure increases gradually,the di-verging wedge film area showed negative pressure and minimum negative pressure gradually is decreased.Positive and neg-ative pressure is gradually increased,thus causing uneven distribution of the oil film so that the film is easily broken with poor stiffness and deteriorated stability .
