用油酸和二乙烯三胺合成油酸咪唑啉,在 MRS-10A 型摩擦磨损试验机考察其用作水基润滑剂的摩擦学性能。结果表明:所合成的添加剂作为水基润滑剂具有优良的承载能力和抗磨、减摩性能,其含量为2.0%时的极压值为1048 N,在高载荷下,能够表现出很好的极压抗磨性能。用 SEM扫描电镜分析了磨损表面的形貌,并用 EDS 对钢球表面的元素分布分析,用 XPS 对钢球表面化学成分进行分析。结果表明:在摩擦过程中,添加剂在摩擦副表面发生物理、化学吸附,N 元素在摩擦副表面形成有机、无机氮复合膜,且长链脂肪酸链起到减少钢球与水中氧的直接接触的作用,从而阻止了钢球的摩擦磨损与氧化。

Oleic acid imidazoline were synthesized with oleic acid and diethylenetriamine,and their tribological per-formance as water-based lubricants was investigated on the MRS-10A Type of friction and wear tester.Results indicate that the synthesized additive as water-based lubricant has excellent extreme pressure and anti-wear performance,and that the extreme pressure value is at 1 048 N with its content of 2.0%.Under high load,very good extreme pressure and anti-wear performance can be displayed.Surface wear morphology,elemental distribution and the chemical composition of the steel ball surface were analyzed by using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM),EDS and XPS separately.Results show that the frictional wear and oxidation of the steel ball is prevented because the physical and chemical adsorption occurs for the additives and the organic N and inorganic N composite film are formed on the surfaces of friction pair by N element in the process of friction,and the direct contact between the ball and the oxygen in water is reduced due to the effect of long chain fatty acid chain.
