在5%氨基磺酸溶液体系中,采用失重法考察不同温度下不同浓度的苯甲醛对锌的缓蚀作用;并对氨基磺酸介质中苯甲醛在锌表面吸附热力学进行了研究。当苯甲醛在低浓度时,随浓度增大,缓蚀作用增强;当其浓度达到一定值后,缓蚀作用基本保持不变。实验结果表明,苯甲醛在锌表面产生饱和单分子层吸附,并且满足Langmuir 吸附规律。ΔG0<0,表明苯甲醛在锌表面的吸附是自发进行的。随着温度升高,ΔG0增大导致缓蚀剂的吸附能力下降。ΔH0<0,表明在所研究的温度范围内吸附过程是放热过程。ΔS0>0说明苯甲醛吸附于锌表面,使锌表面的水分被挤走,体系进入更为无序状态。

In 5% sulfhamic acid solution, the corrosion inhibition of benzaldehyde on zinc was invented by weight-loss method under different temperature and concentration of Benzaldehyde. The adsorption thermodynamics of Benzaldehyde in sulphamic acid medium on the zinc surface was studied. At low concentration, the corrosion effect enhanced with the increasing of concentration of Benzaldehyde. When the concentration reached a certain value, the corrosion effect remained unchanged. In our study, the results indicated that Benzaldehyde produced monolayer adsorption on the surface of zinc, and accorded with the Langmuir adsorption rule.ΔG0<0 could generate adsorption process spontaneously, andΔG0 increased and adsorption reduced with the increase of temperature.ΔH0<0 indicated that reaction is exothermic process.ΔS0>0 said that Benzaldehyde was adsorbed on the surface of zinc,the water on the surface of zinc was squeezed, the system went into a more disordered state.
