In this paper, we Describe the principle of desktop virtualization and introduce the design ideas of constructing the instruction platform based on cloud desktop technology. The platform can create the individual learning environment by serious services of network accessing and the unified calculation and distribution of all educational resource platform and application software erected in the storage of the service end. The study is intended to meet the multi-service and multi-level needs of talent training in service outsourcing, and provide a platform for the school and regional service outsourcing talent training.
