目的:比较大观霉素与其他4种抗生素对临床分离淋球菌的体外抗菌活性。方法采用琼脂稀释法测定淋球菌株抗生素的最小抑茵浓度( MIC),按WH0西太区淋球菌耐药性监测统一标准判断敏感性。用纸片酸度定量法检测产B一内酰胺酶淋球菌菌株。结果本研究共测定493株淋球菌,大观霉素对淋球菌的敏感性为100%,其MIC50和MIC90均为16μg/ml,对产B一内酰胺酶淋球菌,大观霉素的MIC50和MIC90也为16μg/ml,均比耐药标;隹低8倍;其次为头孢曲松,虽未检出耐药株但中敏检出l64株(33.3%);抗淋球菌活性最差的是青霉素,耐药率为89.0%;环丙沙星和四环素的耐药率也较高,分别为88.2%和85.6%。青霉素、四环素和环丙沙星的MIC。及MIC。均已超过耐药标准,尤其是青霉素最严重,其MIC50和MIC90均超过耐药标准的4倍和l28倍。结论大观霉素对淋球菌具有强大的抗菌活性,头孢曲松对淋球菌的抗菌活性也较高,两者可作为治疗淋病的首选药物,大观霉素对青霉素、四环素和环丙沙星耐药率较高,提示这3种抗生素对淋病的治疗作用差。

목적:비교대관매소여기타4충항생소대림상분리림구균적체외항균활성。방법채용경지희석법측정림구균주항생소적최소억인농도( MIC),안WH0서태구림구균내약성감측통일표준판단민감성。용지편산도정량법검측산B일내선알매림구균균주。결과본연구공측정493주림구균,대관매소대림구균적민감성위100%,기MIC50화MIC90균위16μg/ml,대산B일내선알매림구균,대관매소적MIC50화MIC90야위16μg/ml,균비내약표;추저8배;기차위두포곡송,수미검출내약주단중민검출l64주(33.3%);항림구균활성최차적시청매소,내약솔위89.0%;배병사성화사배소적내약솔야교고,분별위88.2%화85.6%。청매소、사배소화배병사성적MIC。급MIC。균이초과내약표준,우기시청매소최엄중,기MIC50화MIC90균초과내약표준적4배화l28배。결론대관매소대림구균구유강대적항균활성,두포곡송대림구균적항균활성야교고,량자가작위치료임병적수선약물,대관매소대청매소、사배소화배병사성내약솔교고,제시저3충항생소대임병적치료작용차。
Objective:To investigate the in vitro anti-gonococcal activities of spectinomycin and other four kinds of an-tibiotics. Methods:The minimum inhibitory concentration( MIC)of antibiotic for neisseria gonorrhoeae strains was detec-ted by agar dilution method. The sensitivity was measured by standard of the WHO Western Pacific Region gonococcal re-sistance. The production of beta- lactamase strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeae was detected by paper acidity Results:This study measured 493 Neisseria gonorrhoeae. The sensitivity of neisseria gonorrhoeae to spectinomycin was 100%. The value of MIC50 and MIC90 were 16μg/ml. As to the production of beta- lactamase strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeae,the value of MIC50 and MIC90 were 16 μg/ml,which was 8 times less than the resistance strains. The follow is ceftriaxone. Al-though resistant strain was not detected,there was 33. 3%(164)of moderate sensitivity strains. The penicillin had the worst anti-gonococcal activity with resistance rate of 89. 0%. Drug resistance of ciprofloxacin and tetracycline were also higher,with the resistant rate 88. 2% and 85. 6%,respectively. The MIC50 and MIC90 of penicillin,tetracycline and cip-rofloxacin were greater than the standard of drug resistance,particularly for the penicillin,its MIC50 and MIC90 were more than four times the standard drug and l28 times. Conclusions:The spectinomycin and ceftriaxone had strong antibacterial activity against Neisseria gonorrhoeae. They can be considered as the first choice for treatment of gonorrhea. The resistant rate of penicillin,tetracycline and ciprofloxacin was relatively higher,suggesting that these three kinds of antibiotics had poor effects for the treatment of gonorrhea.
