提出基于本体和案例推理的高血压诊疗系统的框架结构。围绕框架结构模型,整合专业高血压知识,使用protégé构建高血压领域本体和推理规则,构成高血压领域知识库;使用Jess推理机进行推理操作,用动态推理自学习得到的新知识丰富知识库,并提取部分本体实例作为小型案例库;使用Jena实现对本体库和案例库并行的查询,将查询和推理结果返回,给出一个适合病人情况的用药和非用药处方。

In this paper we present a framework structure of hypertension diagnosis and treatment system which is based on ontology and case-based reasoning (CBR).Around the model of framework structure , the professional knowledge of hypertension is integrated , the protégé is used to construct ontology and reasoning rules of hypertension domain and to form the knowledge base of hypertension domain ;Jess reason-ing machine is used to carry out the reasoning operation , and the new knowledge enrich data base is derived from dynamic reasoning self -learning;part of the ontology examples are extracted as the small case pool , and Jena is used to achieve the querying of ontology and case pool.Finally, query and reasoning results are returned back to provide a medication and non -medication prescription suitable for the patients .
