烟草根结线虫病可对各大产烟区造成严重经济危害，已成为近年来烟草病虫害防治的重点。为有效且有针对性地开展烟草根结线虫病的防治工作，通过阐述烟草根结线虫病的病原物、线虫-土壤-作物之间联系及其综合防治的途径，对其新型生物防治的前景进行了展望，以期对烟草根结线虫病的综合防治研究提供理论参考。

Tobacco root knot nematode caused serious economic harm to tobacco-growing areas in China ,and it had become the focus of tobacco pest control in recent years .In order to carry out the control work targeted and effectively ,tobacco root-knot nematode pathogen ,nematodes-soil-plants linkages ,comprehensive prevention ap-proach were elaborated ,and the new prospect of biological control ,so as to provide a comprehensive theoretical reference for the prevention and control research of root knot nematode .
