为尽快消除城乡二元经济结构问题，促进河北省社会经济全面协调发展，在对河北省自改革开放以来经济发展阶段性二元经济结构的特征进行了实证分析研究。结果表明：河北省城乡之间在收入水平、消费水平、产业结构方面都存在着明显的二元性；根据河北省城乡发展现状，从提高农民收入、优化产业结构、推进城镇化进程、促进农村剩余劳动力转移等方面提出了加快二元结构转型的对策。
위진쾌소제성향이원경제결구문제，촉진하북성사회경제전면협조발전，재대하북성자개혁개방이래경제발전계단성이원경제결구적특정진행료실증분석연구。결과표명：하북성성향지간재수입수평、소비수평、산업결구방면도존재착명현적이원성；근거하북성성향발전현상，종제고농민수입、우화산업결구、추진성진화진정、촉진농촌잉여노동력전이등방면제출료가쾌이원결구전형적대책。
The feature of the economic development stage structure was determined to promote social-economic overall harmonious development by eliminating the issue of urban-rural dual economic structure rapidly in Hebei.There is the obvious duality in income level,consumption level and industrial structure between urban and rural areas in Hebei.The countermeasures to speed up the dual structure transformation from the aspects of increasing farmer income,optimizing industrial structure,pushing forward the urbanization process and promoting rural surplus labor migration are proposed according to the current situation of urban-rural development in Hebei in the paper.
