M.rubra is an important seasonal fruit in Guizhou,and play a very important role in promoting the development of fruit industry in Guizhou. In order to enhance the level of bayberry production in Guizhou and improve yield and quality,the authors summarized the production status and existing problems.And development countermeasures were proposed .
