为了丰富和优化威宁县苹果品种结构，在威宁县开展了4年的王林苹果引种试验，调查了该品种在矮密栽培模式下的植物学性状、果实经济性状等指标。结果表明，“王林”在威宁县生长结果良好，结果早，品质优。果实近圆形，无袋栽培果面绿色，阳面着红晕，套袋后果面粉红色。果肉松脆，汁液多，风味酸甜，香气浓，果实耐贮藏。平均单果重276．60 g，果肉硬度8．72 kg/cm2，可溶性固形物17．4％，可滴定酸0．31％，VC 2．45 mg/100g Fw。植株生长强健，抗早期落叶病，易感染白粉病。综合分析认为，该品种可在威宁发展。

In order to enrich and adj ust apple variety structure in Weining,an Orin introduction test was carried out to investigate its botanical characters and fruit economic characters for four years in dwarf culture model.The results showed that Orin grew well in Weining,and it was early bearing with good quality.Its fruit shape was nearly round with green skin and few red color on the fruit surface without bagging treatment.However,through bagging treating,the fruit skin was pink.The flesh was crisp and very juicy with good aroma and long storage life.Its average fruit weight was 276.60g,flesh firmness was 8.72 kg/cm2 ,soluble solid concentration was 17.4%,titratable acid content was 0.31%,vitamin C 2.45 mg/100 g.Plant grew strongly,resisted early defoliation disease but infected powdery mildew.On the basis of comprehensive analysis,Orin is considered preliminary to be a suitable variety in Weining.
