为治疗鸡球虫病寻找新药物，同时为紫茎泽兰的利用新途径提供参考，用紫茎泽兰花的第一级提取物作为试验药物进行了鸡球虫病的治疗试验。结果表明：紫茎泽兰花的第一级提取物抗球虫指数为183．94，疗效高；试验小鸡血液丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）活性平均值为110．04，比空白对照组低29．28％；解剖观察，试验小鸡除肠道外其他器官未见异常症状，表明试验药物的毒性较小；试验药物的化学结构为含有酮、醇以及氯结构的萘胺衍生物。

In order to seek the new medicine for treating avian coccidiosis and offer new uses of E.adenophorum,an experiment treating avian coccidiosis with the first grade of extracts from flowers of E.adenophorum was conducted.The results showed that the anticoccidial index was 183.94.It attained high curative effect. And the mean of levels of alanine aminotranaferase (ALT ) in the blood of experimental chickens was 110.04.It declined 29.28% than the control group.And the dissection on experimental chickens showed no abnormal symptoms appeared in all organs except intestines. It illustrated the toxicity of experimental drug was low.And the chemical structure of the experimental drug belonged in derivative of naphthylamine containing ketone and alcohol and chlorine.
