为中华鲟淡水人工群体驯养与繁殖过程中的养殖水环境因子调控以及精子冷冻保存和建立精子库提供科学依据,进行了中华鲟子一代(Acipenser sinensis)精子在Na+、K+、Ca2+、Mg2+和葡萄糖溶液中的活力测定。结果表明:精子在纯水中的最高寿命(Life tmie,LT)和快速运动时间(Fast movement time, FT)分别为108.57 s和39.76 s。Na+浓度为4‰时精子LT和FT均达到最高(263.33 s和45.33 s)。K+浓度为0.01‰时精子LT最长(132.33 s),最高FT(46.00 s)则出现在K+浓度为0.008‰时。LT和 FT在Ca2+浓度为4‰时均达到最高值(130.67 s 和53.67 s)。Mg2+浓度为3‰时,LT达到最高(117.33 s),FT最高值(27.20 s)出现在Mg2+浓度为2‰时。LT在葡萄糖浓度为4%时达到最高值282.80 s,FT最高值(55.88 s)出现在浓度为3%时。表明,适量浓度的 Na+、K+、Ca2+和Mg2+可以延长精子的 LT和 FT。LT和FT在葡萄糖的峰值均较其在 Na+和 K+溶液中高,表明精子能有效利用外源性物质延长其运动时间。与中华鲟野生亲本相比,子一代精子的 LT和 FT均有所下降,说明中华鲟子一代精子的质量较野生亲本低。

To provide a scientific basis for the regulation of freshwater aquaculture factors,sperm cryopreservation and sperm bank building,sperm motility of F1-generation of A.sinensis was observed in various concentrations of Na+、K+、Ca2+、Mg2+ and glucose solutions.The results showed that the longest life time (LT)and fast movement time (FT)in water were 108.57 s and 39.76 s respectively.The longest LT (236.33 s)and FT (45.33 s)were realized when the concentration of Na+ was 4‰;when the concentration of K+ was 0.01‰,the longest LT was realized (132.33 s),while the longest FT was realized (46.00 s)when K+ was 0.008‰;the LT and FT were the longest (130.67 s and 53.67 s respectively) when Ca2+ was 4‰.The longest LT (117.33 s)was realized in 3‰ Mg2+ solution,while the longest FT (27.20 s)was realized in 2‰ Mg2+ solution;the longest LT was realized (282.80 s)when the concentration of glucose was 4% and the longest FT was 55.88 s when the concentration was 3%.It indicated that the optimal concentration of Na+ and K+ could increase the LT and FT.Both LT and FT in respective optimal glucose were longer than those in Na+ and K+ solution,which indicated that the sperm could effectively use the exogenous materials to increase LT and FT.Compared with wild parents of Chinese sturgeon,LT and FT of F1-generation were both lower,which indicated that sperm qualitiy of F1-generation was lower than that of wild parents.
