为研究柠条不同组织对黑豆幼苗光合特性的影响,采用2.5×10-2 g/mL、1.25×10-2 g/mL、6.25×10-3 g/mL和对照(CK)4种浓度柠条各组织水浸提液,培养发芽的黑豆种子。测定各处理植株的第3~4片真叶完全展开后的光合生理指标。结果表明:1)一定光强范围内,随着光强的增加,同一浓度处理下,叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率均呈上升趋势;2)在一定光强下,对于同一处理,随着浸提液浓度的增加,叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率均明显低于对照。3)柠条不同组织释放化感物质并作用于受体植物,抑制其光合作用。
為研究檸條不同組織對黑豆幼苗光閤特性的影響,採用2.5×10-2 g/mL、1.25×10-2 g/mL、6.25×10-3 g/mL和對照(CK)4種濃度檸條各組織水浸提液,培養髮芽的黑豆種子。測定各處理植株的第3~4片真葉完全展開後的光閤生理指標。結果錶明:1)一定光彊範圍內,隨著光彊的增加,同一濃度處理下,葉片淨光閤速率、蒸騰速率均呈上升趨勢;2)在一定光彊下,對于同一處理,隨著浸提液濃度的增加,葉片淨光閤速率、蒸騰速率均明顯低于對照。3)檸條不同組織釋放化感物質併作用于受體植物,抑製其光閤作用。
위연구저조불동조직대흑두유묘광합특성적영향,채용2.5×10-2 g/mL、1.25×10-2 g/mL、6.25×10-3 g/mL화대조(CK)4충농도저조각조직수침제액,배양발아적흑두충자。측정각처리식주적제3~4편진협완전전개후적광합생리지표。결과표명:1)일정광강범위내,수착광강적증가,동일농도처리하,협편정광합속솔、증등속솔균정상승추세;2)재일정광강하,대우동일처리,수착침제액농도적증가,협편정광합속솔、증등속솔균명현저우대조。3)저조불동조직석방화감물질병작용우수체식물,억제기광합작용。
In order to study effects of aqueous extracts of different Caragana tissues on soybean seedling photosynthetic characteristics,four aqueous extracts concentrations of Caragana,2.5 × 10 -2 g/mL,1.25× 10-2 g/mL,6.25 × 10-3 g/mL and CK(control treatment)were set to culture the germinative soybean seedlings.The photosynthetic characteristics of soybean were measured after the third or fourth leaf of soybean seedlings fully expanded in every treatment.Results:1)with increasing light intensities, the net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate showed an obvious upward trend under the same treatment.2 )Soybean seedling leaf was affected on aqueous extracts from root,stem,leaf,soil of Caragana.And the net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate were significantly lower than those of the control by the concentrations of aqueous extracts addition.3)It was suggested that the allelopathic substances from different tissues released and acted on receptor plants,inhibiting the photosynthesis.
