为了快速获得转基因烟草，对烟株子房注射处于对数生长期的含有外源基因的根癌农杆菌菌液。结果表明：通过初步的50 mg/L Kana抗性筛选及 PCR检测，烟草子房注射法能成功获取转入的外源基因得到转基因烟草。烟草子房注射法与烟草叶盘转化法等常规转基因方法相比，子房注射法简化了试验过程，缩短了试验周期，提高了试验效率。

The transgenosis tobacco seedlings with exogenous gene were successfully obtained by using the ovary inj ection method after Kanamycin resistance screening and PCR test.The ovary inj ection method can simplify the test process,shorten the test period and improve the test efficiency compared with other conventional transgenosis methods.
