文章采用场路耦合方法进行分析,利用商用Ansoft软件中的Maxwell 2D模块和Simplorer模块,采用场路耦合方法建立并研究了一台42 V汽车用永磁发电机系统。对于不可控整流桥和全控整流桥,分别得出额定转速下不同负载对于蓄电池电压的影响,并得出不同转速下发电机铁耗和蓄电池电压。

T he field-circuit coupling analysis of a 42 V automotive permanent magnet generator system was done .Based on the modules of the Maxwell 2D and Simplorer of the commercial software Ansoft , the 42 V automotive permanent magnet generator system was designed and researched by using the field-circuit coupling method .For uncontrolled rectifier bridge and fully controlled rectifier bridge , the output voltage of battery under different load at rated speed was presented .Besides ,the iron loss and the output voltage of battery at different speed were given .
