DNA 双链断裂（DNA double-strand breaks，DSBs）的修复过程包括 DNA 断裂处染色质结构变化、DNA 修复蛋白复合物的形成以及染色质构型的重新恢复等过程。因此，DSB 周围包裹的核小体及其染色质构型对断裂处 DNA 的修复产生一定影响。该文通过从 DSBs 处开放而松弛的染色质结构的形成机制和 DNA 修复蛋白在 DSB 特定区域的募集过程，综述了真核细胞 DSB 修复的早期事件，以期为研究植物DSB 修复过程中表观遗传修饰机制、植物耐逆机制以及作物诱变育种提供新的思路和方向。

The repair process of DSBs includes chromatin structure change at DNA double stand breaks,syntrophin complex formation and chromatin remodeling.Therefore,nucleosome packing and chromatin architecture surrounding the DSB have certain effects on DNA repair at the breaks.The authors reviewed early chromatin-based events to provide new ideas and directions for studying on epigenetic modification mechanism,mechanism of resistance and mutation breeding from the formation mechanism of chromatin architecture and raising process of DNA repair process in specific DSB region.
