为探索节曲线内凹的内啮合高阶椭圆（斜）齿轮插削方法，文章基于内啮合插削运动特征，建立高阶椭圆（斜）齿轮插削模型，构建直齿轮插削插刀等转角、齿坯等弧长、齿坯等转角和齿坯等极角方法，设计斜齿轮插削插刀附加运动和齿坯附加运动方法。虚拟插削显示，节曲线内凹的高阶椭圆（斜）齿轮能够采用上述方法进行插制，齿坯等弧长法插制的齿轮各齿廓齿面精度一致，附加运动方法对齿向精度无影响。

The slotting method of internal higher-order elliptic gears with partial concave pitch curve was studied .The slotting model of higher-order elliptic gears was built based on the slotting features . Some slotting methods of spur gear were constructed ,including equal rotary-angle of slotting tool ,e-qual arc-length of workpiece ,equal rotary-angle of workpiece and equal polar-angle of workpiece . Two slotting methods of helical gear along its shaft were designed ,including extra rotation of slotting cutter and extra rotation of workpiece .Virtual slotting shows that internal higher-order elliptic gears with partial concave pitch curve can be slotted by using the above methods ,and the slotting accuracy among teeth is the same by using the method of equal arc-length of workpiece ,and the axial precision of tooth is independent of increment motion .
