研制萆薢复方颗粒剂并进行质量考察，选用900 mL/L 乙醇为湿润剂，浸膏∶淀粉＝1∶2制成颗粒，并用紫外分光光度计对皂甙元和乌洛托品含量其进行检测。结果表明，颗粒成品中皂甙元含量为16．6 g/kg，乌洛托品含量为18．0 g/kg，其他各项指标符合药典标准。
연제비해복방과립제병진행질량고찰，선용900 mL/L 을순위습윤제，침고∶정분＝1∶2제성과립，병용자외분광광도계대조대원화오락탁품함량기진행검측。결과표명，과립성품중조대원함량위16．6 g/kg，오락탁품함량위18．0 g/kg，기타각항지표부합약전표준。
To prepare Rhizome dioscoreae hypoglaucae granuales and to test its quality,900mL/L alcohol as wet-ter,granules were made of extracts and starch in a ratio of 1∶2,the content of diosgenin and urotropine were de-tected by UV spectrophotometer.The content of diosgenin and urotropine were 1.66 % and 1.8 %,respectively. The quality of product met the pharmacopoeia standard.
