采用水煮法分析添加不同掺量消石灰的硅石与沥青的黏附性.根据级配型抗滑沥青混合料设计理论,筛孔4.75 mm以上的粗集料采用硅石,4.75 mm以下的集料采用石灰岩.基于马歇尔设计法进行硅石沥青混合料配合比设计及路用性能检验,并选择具有代表性路段进行硅石沥青路面试验路的铺筑和跟踪检测.结果表明,添加2%消石灰可以有效提高沥青与硅石的黏附性,且添加2%消石灰的硅石沥青混合料配合比设计的各项性能检验结果均满足《规范》( JTG F40-2004)的技术要求,特别是水稳定性能表现较好;试验路段的路面使用状况良好,构造深度及摆值均较同路线普通沥青路面高,且其随着使用时间的增加衰减较慢.这表明硅石作为一种酸性集料,以其合理的混合料配合比设计和采取适当的抗剥落措施,在公路沥青路面中的应用是可行的,且改善了路面的抗滑性能.

The boiling water test was used to investigate adhe-siveness between silica and asphalt with different contents of hydrated lime added .Based upon the design theory of graded anti-skidding asphalt mixtures , the coarse aggregates retained on the 4.75 mm sieve were adopted for silica , fine aggregates passing the 4.75 mm sieve and filler were utilized for lime-stone.Marshall design method was performed to determine gradation composition design of asphalt mixtures containing silica, and the experimental section of asphalt pavement con-taining silica was chosen for construction with tracking detec-tion at a typical region .Results show that adhesiveness be-tween silica and asphalt can be improved by the addition of hydrated lime at 2% by the weight of asphalt , and the per-formance test results of asphalt mixtures containing silica with 2% hydrated lime added can meet the requirements of the technical specifications ( JTG F40-2004 ) , especially that presents favorable moisture susceptibility .The experimental pavement conditions display an appreciable usage .The tex-ture depth and British pendulum numbers of experimental pavement is higher than that of common asphalt pavement at the same route.Moreover, the texture depth and British pen-dulum numbers along with increasing time exhibit lower de-crease than that of common asphalt pavement in terms of tracking detection results .This means silica, as a kind of acid aggregate , may be used in the highway asphalt pavement by using appropriate gradations composition design and anti-stripping agent , which can improve the skidding resistance of asphalt pavement .
