针对安徽省传染性法氏囊病病毒（IBDV）超强毒株 AH01的流行，用4种临床上常用的国内外中等毒力活疫苗分组免疫13日龄的麻黄鸡，于免疫接种后10 d 用 AH01株攻毒，观察各组的临床症状和病理变化，测定法氏囊指数，同时用 ELISA 检测免疫鸡血清中抗体水平。结果表明，这4种疫苗对超强毒株AH01均有免疫保护效果，但北京的疫苗 A 的免疫保护效果最好，其次是以色列的疫苗 C，南京的疫苗 B 和马来西亚的疫苗 D 的免疫保护作用较差。

To understand the current commercial live vaccine of medium virulences could still protect chick-ens from vvIBDV AH01 challenges,four live intermediate virulent vaccines A,B,C and D were tested and compared for their protective efficacy in chickens against vvIBDV AH01 strain.The results indicated that four commercial vaccines could effectively protect chickens against AH01 challenge.But the A vaccine from Beijing was the best,the C vaccine from Israel was better,the B vaccine from Nanjing and the D vac-cine from Malaysia were weak compared to A and C vaccines.
