Bungarus multicinctus%Proteus mirabilis%drug sensitivty test
银环蛇(Bungarus multicinctus )是我国传统的动物药材之一,饲养过程若管理不当,容易发生一系列疾病,从而阻碍银环蛇养殖业的发展。对送检的发病银环蛇进行剖检,分离可疑病原菌,然后通过对获取菌株的16 S rDNA 进行扩增测序,并与 GenBank 中已有序列进行联配分析,最后构建系统发育树。结果表明,获取的2菌株均属于变形杆菌属,其中1株为奇异变形杆菌。这是首次从发病银环蛇心脏和肾脏中分离出奇异变形杆菌。药敏试验表明,这2株菌对头孢曲松钠、头孢吡肟、阿米卡星高度敏感,对阿莫西林、链霉素中度或低度敏感,对环丙沙星、诺氟沙星、氨苄西林呈耐药性。研究结果对银环蛇实际养殖中有一定的应用价值。

Coral snake (Bungarus multicinctus )was used as one of valued traditional Chinese medicine.If mismanagement existed during breeding,the snakes were easily infected with bacteria,thus hindering the development of the artificial culturing coral snake.Herein,we dissected diseased coral snake specimens, then isolated and purified bacterial strains.16 S rDNA for bacterial strains were sequenced and compared with that of other bacterial strains recorded in GenBank,and finally phylogenetic tree was constructed. Our results suggested that the two bacterial strains belonged to Proteus.One of them was Proteus mirabi-lis .For the first time,we identified P .mirabilis from heart and kidney of coral snakes.Drug sensitivity test indicated that the two strains were highly sensitivity to ceftriaxone sodium,cefepime and amikacin, and were medium or low sensitivity to amoxicillin,streptomycin,but were resistant to ciprofloxacin,nor-floxacin,and ampicillin.The results have a certain value for clinical applications for breeding coral snakes.
