鸡传染性支气管炎是由传染性支气管炎病毒引起的急性、高度接触性传染病。该病分布广，血清型多，不同型的病毒株间不能或不能完全交叉保护，这给该病的防治带来巨大困难，因此药物防治非常重要，由于中草药抗病毒有许多优势，因此中草药防治鸡传染性支气管炎成为很好的选择。论文用中医理论分析了鸡传染性支气管炎的致病机理，综述了中草药防治鸡传染性支气管炎作用机理和疗效，分析了近年中草药防治鸡传染性支气管炎存在的问题，对未来运用中草药防治提出合理化建议，旨在为今后研发新型高效的中草药药物提供参考。

Avian infectious bronchitis (IB)is an acute and highly contagious respiratory disease of chickens. The disease is caused by avian infectious bronchitis virus (IBV).Because IBV have hundreds of genetypes and serotypes,among which have no or less cross-protection,vaccine cann′t provid complete protection. So drug prevention is very important.In this paper,we analyzed the pathogenic mechanism of IBV with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,reviewed the mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine in prevention and treatment of IB,and pointed out the problems of Chinese herbal medicine against IBV.Finally we ap-pointed to advise on preferably promoting the effect of Chinese herbal medicine against IBV.
