目的:对超声提取法提取栾树干花中总黄酮的工艺进行优化。方法利用超声法提取栾树干花中的总黄酮,考察乙醇浓度、料液比、超声时间3个因素对总黄酮得率的影响,通过单因素和正交试验确定了提取的最佳工艺条件。结果最佳提取工艺条件为体积分数70%乙醇、料液比1∶30、超声时间90 m in。结论工艺重现性好,对进一步的研究开发有比较好的参考价值。
目的:對超聲提取法提取欒樹榦花中總黃酮的工藝進行優化。方法利用超聲法提取欒樹榦花中的總黃酮,攷察乙醇濃度、料液比、超聲時間3箇因素對總黃酮得率的影響,通過單因素和正交試驗確定瞭提取的最佳工藝條件。結果最佳提取工藝條件為體積分數70%乙醇、料液比1∶30、超聲時間90 m in。結論工藝重現性好,對進一步的研究開髮有比較好的參攷價值。
목적:대초성제취법제취란수간화중총황동적공예진행우화。방법이용초성법제취란수간화중적총황동,고찰을순농도、료액비、초성시간3개인소대총황동득솔적영향,통과단인소화정교시험학정료제취적최가공예조건。결과최가제취공예조건위체적분수70%을순、료액비1∶30、초성시간90 m in。결론공예중현성호,대진일보적연구개발유비교호적삼고개치。
Objective The research aimed to optimize the extraction technology of total flavone from dried flowers of koelreuteria paniculata by ultrasonic method . Methods Total flavone was extracted from dried flowers of koelreuteria paniculata by ultrasonic method . Teffects of three factors including ethanol concentration , soli dliquid ratio , ultrason time on the yield of total flavone were investigated . The optimum technological conditions of total flavone exaction were confirmed through single factor test and orthogonal test . Results The optimum exaction technological conditions were as follows:70% ethanol , solid -liquid ratio of 1 :30 and ultrasonic time of 90 min . Conclusion This technology has good reproducibility and has better reference value for further technology development of total flavone .
