目的:探讨噻托溴铵联合肺康复措施对中、重度慢阻肺合并肺动脉高压患者的疗效。方法将71例临床缓解期的中、重度慢阻肺合并肺动脉高压患者分为观察组35例和对照组36例,对照组行肺康复措施6个月,观察组在此基础上接受噻托溴铵干粉吸入,比较两组患者6min步行距离、间接肺动脉收缩压、生活质量评分。结果观察组患者6min步行距离、间接肺动脉收缩压、生活质量评分方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论噻托溴铵联合肺康复措施对稳定期中、重度慢阻肺合并肺动脉高压患者有明显效果,可增加患者舒适度,降低肺动脉压力、改善患者生活质量。

목적:탐토새탁추안연합폐강복조시대중、중도만조폐합병폐동맥고압환자적료효。방법장71례림상완해기적중、중도만조폐합병폐동맥고압환자분위관찰조35례화대조조36례,대조조행폐강복조시6개월,관찰조재차기출상접수새탁추안간분흡입,비교량조환자6min보행거리、간접폐동맥수축압、생활질량평분。결과관찰조환자6min보행거리、간접폐동맥수축압、생활질량평분방면우우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P <0.01)。결론새탁추안연합폐강복조시대은정기중、중도만조폐합병폐동맥고압환자유명현효과,가증가환자서괄도,강저폐동맥압력、개선환자생활질량。
Objective To observe effect of tiotropium combined pulmonary rehabilition on patients of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with pulmonary hypertention. Methods A total of 71 patients of pulmonary function inⅡ-Ⅲ stable COPD complicated with pulmonary hypertension were recruited. The were divided into observation group(n=35) and control group(n=36), the patients in control group received pulmonary rehabilitation measures, the observation group in addition to receiving tiotropium inhalation, after 6 months of intervention. Comparing the two group of patients with 6min walking distance, the systolic pulmonary artery pressure and quality of life. Results The distance of 6min walk, the systolic pulmonary artery pressure and quality of life in the observation group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01). Conclusion For patients of stable COPD complicated with pulmonary hypertension, inhaled tiotropium dry power combined with pulmonary rehabilitaton, can reduce pulmonary artery systolic pressure, improve the symptoms of the disease, improve the quality of life.
