1,2-二氯乙烷裂解制备氯乙烯是一种可行的方法,对该过程进行模拟计算及灵敏度分析,可为节能降耗、提高过程经济性提供依据。在对某过程设计方案基础工况模拟计算的基础上进行了灵敏度分析,考察裂解反应转化率变化对裂解炉和激冷器热负荷、精馏塔再沸器热负荷及氯乙烯产品纯度的影响,结果表明,1,2-二氯乙烷转化率控制在0.55附近为最优。

Preparation of Vinyl chloride by pyrolysis of 1 ,2-dichloride ethane is a technically feasible method . Simulation and sensitivity analysis of the process provide a basis for energy saving and consumption reduction . The sensitivity analysis was conducted on the basis of performance simulation of a process at a given operation condition.The effects of conversion of the pyrolysis reaction on heat duty of crack , quench, reboilers as well as the purity of vinyl chloride product were investigated .The results showed that maintaining the conversion at the vicinity of 0.55 is optimal.
