This thesis sets out to analyze the opportunities and challenges that Hebei’s secondary industry has to face dur-ing its transformation and upgrade,and then it sets the transformation targets———“strong,new,evolution,green”. Final-ly this thesis puts forward the transforming methods:accelerating the technical innovation,cultivating new industries,facil-itating green and low - carbon production,and establishing new industry bases.
