目的:原子吸收光谱法测定注射用双黄连中总钾的含量。方法采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定注射用双黄连中总钾的含量。结果:钾元素在0.1~0.6 mg/L范围内,读数与其浓度呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为100.79%,RSD=1.42%。结论:方法简便、快速、准确,可作为本品的质量控制方法。

Objective:To determine the total kalium in ShuangHuangLian for injection.Methods:Flame atomicabsorption spectroscopy was used to determ ine the total kalium in ShuangHuangLian for injection.Results:The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.1~0.6 mg/L for kalium chloride.The average recovery rates of kaliurn chloride were 100.79%,RSD=1.42%.Conclusion:This m ethod was found to be simple,quick and accurate for simultan eous determination of kalium in ShuangHuangLian for injection.
