针对单梁电动葫芦起重机在地震中可能被地震波上抛坠落的情况,利用Solidworks simulation软件分析了某核电厂房用2 t单梁电动葫芦起重机在地震载荷下的应力和位移,通过Solidworks simulation建立单梁电动葫芦起重机有限元模型,根据起重机实际约束情况对有限元模型加载约束,再将地震反应谱输入到Solidworks simulation中,由此得到地震载荷作用下起重机处于跨端、跨中的应力和位移。
針對單樑電動葫蘆起重機在地震中可能被地震波上拋墜落的情況,利用Solidworks simulation軟件分析瞭某覈電廠房用2 t單樑電動葫蘆起重機在地震載荷下的應力和位移,通過Solidworks simulation建立單樑電動葫蘆起重機有限元模型,根據起重機實際約束情況對有限元模型加載約束,再將地震反應譜輸入到Solidworks simulation中,由此得到地震載荷作用下起重機處于跨耑、跨中的應力和位移。

Considering the situation where single-beam electric-hoist crane may suffer upthrowing and falling by the earthquake wave,solidworks simulation software is adopted for analysis of stress and displacement with 2t single-beam elec-tric-hoist crane under the seismic load in certain nuclear plant,with the finite element model built for such crane.Based on the actual constraint condition of the crane,corresponding constraints are loaded to the finite element model,and then the earthquake-response spectrum is input into solidworks simulation,hence to figure out stress and displacement when the crane at span end and mid-span under the seismic load.
