目的：了解江苏省中医院护士中医护理培训现状及培训需求，为开展中医护理培训，打造中医护理专业人才提供依据。方法采用分层配额便利抽样方法，运用自制《中医院护士中医护理培训需求调查问卷》，调查江苏省14家中医院（其中，苏南9家、苏北5家，三级医院10家、二级医院4家）785名护士的中医护理培训现状及需求。结果被调查护理人员第一学历专业是中医护理仅为8.5%；中医院护士对中医护理培训现状的满意度偏低（54.1%），认为目前参加的中医护理培训对其帮助有限，但对中医护理培训的需求较高（96.5%），对中医护理培训形式69.2%选择全脱产培训方式，70.5%选择由经验丰富的临床中医护理人员作为培训教师，75.4%选择操作演练作为教学方法，77.4%选择医院病区为实践场所。结论建立规范的培训体系，以优秀的专业师资、多形式的培训途径、良好的培训方式，加强中医护理人员知识技能培训，有利于提升中医院护士的中医护理水平，打造中医护理专业队伍。

Objective To understand the status of nursing of traditional Chinese medicine (NTCM) and to provide reference for NTCM training and TCM talents training. Methods With convenient stratified quota sampling, a self-designed questionnaire was applied among 785 nurses for their needs of NTCM. Results Of the total, the nurses with NTCM as the first degree accounted for 8.5%and 54.1%of them were not satisfied with the NTCM training at present. Among them, 96.5%of the nurses need NTCM training and nurses presented various views on the training mode, instructor of the training, teaching methods and practice site. Conclusion A standard training system with excellence instructors, various kinds of training methods will contribute to improving the quality of NTCM and building up qualified TCM nurses.
