针对齿轮泵的健康状态评估,提出了基于AHP的液压泵模糊状态评估方法。在层次分析法(AHP)中引入模糊理论,解决了AHP在液压系统健康状态评估中应用的局限,同时AHP方法的应用也解决了模糊综合评判模型中权值确定的问题。将该方法应用在试验中,取得了很好的效果。
針對齒輪泵的健康狀態評估,提齣瞭基于AHP的液壓泵模糊狀態評估方法。在層次分析法(AHP)中引入模糊理論,解決瞭AHP在液壓繫統健康狀態評估中應用的跼限,同時AHP方法的應用也解決瞭模糊綜閤評判模型中權值確定的問題。將該方法應用在試驗中,取得瞭很好的效果。

Aiming at health statues assessment of hydraulic pump,the state assessment method based on AHP and fuzzy integrat-ed estimation was presented.The application of the fuzzy theory in AHP solved the limitation of AHP applications in health statues as-sessment of the hydraulic system.And using AHP,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model weights determination problem was solved.The method was used in the state assessment experiment for CB-KP63 gear pump and good result was achieved.
