广泛应用于汽轮机、发动机制造的叶片其表面属于高次自由曲面,如何提高其表面加工的精度和加工效率一直是叶片型面加工制造的难点。利用等残高法对不同类型叶片曲面的加工轨迹进行规划,并通过UG平台的二次开发模块和VC++强大的编程功能,成功实现了叶片模型表面的法矢、曲率等关键信息的提取,并根据等残高法实现了曲面加工轨迹的规划。结果表明:通过基于UG平台开发的叶片曲面加工轨迹规划系统,可以实现叶片加工轨迹的基于不同加工参数的智能规划,并保证了曲面的加工精度。

엄범응용우기륜궤、발동궤제조적협편기표면속우고차자유곡면,여하제고기표면가공적정도화가공효솔일직시협편형면가공제조적난점。이용등잔고법대불동류형협편곡면적가공궤적진행규화,병통과UG평태적이차개발모괴화VC++강대적편정공능,성공실현료협편모형표면적법시、곡솔등관건신식적제취,병근거등잔고법실현료곡면가공궤적적규화。결과표명:통과기우UG평태개발적협편곡면가공궤적규화계통,가이실현협편가공궤적적기우불동가공삼수적지능규화,병보증료곡면적가공정도。
Blades are widely used in manufacturing of steam turbine and engine,which surface belong to the high free curved surface.How to improve the surface's machining accuracy and machining efficiency have always been a difficult problem in blade surface's machining manufacturing.A plan was made for the machining path of different types of blade surface by using the method of equivalent scallop residual height,and through the secondary development module of UG platform and strong programming function of VC++,the information of blade surface's normal vector,curvature and other key information were successfully extracted.Moreover, the surface machining path planning was achieved according to the equivalent scallop residual height method.The result indicates that:through the blade surface machining path planning system based on UG platform development,it can achieve an intelligent planning of blade machining based on different machining parameters,and ensure the machining precision of curved surface.
