采用高功率Nd3+∶YAG脉冲激光器精密切割不锈钢薄板,研究激光切割工艺参数对切割表面质量及切缝宽度的影响。单因素实验结果证明:扫描速度增加,切缝宽度明显减小;切缝宽度随扫描速度、激光段电流、脉冲频率以及脉冲宽度的增加而加大;脉冲频率增加,可以提高加工质量,提高极限切割速度。双因素实验结果证明:在输出功率和脉冲宽度一定时,脉冲频率增加,切缝宽度减小;在输出功率和脉冲频率一定时,脉冲宽度增加,切缝宽度减小。

Using high power Nd3+∶YAG pulse laser for precision cutting stainless sheet,the effects of the laser cutting technolog-ical parameters on cutting surface quality and joint-cutting width were studied.The data of single factor experiment prove:with the in-creasing of scanning velocity,the joint-cutting width decreases;the width increased with the increasing of scanning velocity,laser cur-rent,impulse frequency and impulse width;the increasing of impulse frequency may improve the processing quality and ultimate cut-ting speed.The data of two-factors experiment prove:when the output power and impulse width are fixed,increasing impulse frequency will lead to decrease of the joint-cutting width;when the output power and impulse frequency are fixed,increasing impulse width will lead to decrease of the joint-cutting width.
