针对AMT离合器长期使用磨损后导致起步控制精度下降的问题,提出基于压力控制的AMT离合器起步控制方法。该方法以离合器的结合压力为控制目标来控制扭矩传递,从而有效避免了以离合器结合量来控制时因磨损导致的扭矩损失和控制精度下降问题。仿真结果证明,基于压力控制的AMT离合器起步控制方法在离合器存在磨损时能够保证离合器的起步控制精度。
針對AMT離閤器長期使用磨損後導緻起步控製精度下降的問題,提齣基于壓力控製的AMT離閤器起步控製方法。該方法以離閤器的結閤壓力為控製目標來控製扭矩傳遞,從而有效避免瞭以離閤器結閤量來控製時因磨損導緻的扭矩損失和控製精度下降問題。倣真結果證明,基于壓力控製的AMT離閤器起步控製方法在離閤器存在磨損時能夠保證離閤器的起步控製精度。

In order to avoid reducing the control accuracy of the clutch of AMT during starting,a clutch control method based on pressure was presented.The combined pressure of clutch was used as control objective to control the torque transmission in the new control method.The loss of torque and the decline of control accuracy caused by wear of clutch were avoided effectively.The simulation results show that the control method based on pressure of clutch can ensure the control precision when the clutch appears wear.
