在大型回转体零件的现场加工中,由于装夹、定位困难,存在加工精度不高的问题。为提高大型回转体零件的加工精度,研究了大型回转体零件加工的轮廓误差分析与实时误差计算的方法,应用伺服控制系统实现机床主轴对加工零件的实时误差补偿。仿真结果表明:对比没有采用误差补偿的加工方法,补偿后大型回转体零件圆度改善80%以上,证明大型回转体零件表面轮廓误差分析与实时补偿的计算方法是有效的。
在大型迴轉體零件的現場加工中,由于裝夾、定位睏難,存在加工精度不高的問題。為提高大型迴轉體零件的加工精度,研究瞭大型迴轉體零件加工的輪廓誤差分析與實時誤差計算的方法,應用伺服控製繫統實現機床主軸對加工零件的實時誤差補償。倣真結果錶明:對比沒有採用誤差補償的加工方法,補償後大型迴轉體零件圓度改善80%以上,證明大型迴轉體零件錶麵輪廓誤差分析與實時補償的計算方法是有效的。

Hard to clamp and locate large-scale rotary parts,leads to a low machining accuracy when processing such parts.To improve the machine accuracy of large-scale rotary parts,a new profile error analysis method was proposed.An error compensation model was constructed based on machine tool error producing mechanism,and real-time error compensation value was computed.This method was applied in a servo control system to compensate error produced in the processing.The simulation result shows that,the roundness of large-scale rotary parts with compensation improves more than 80%compared to that without compensation.So the profile error analysis method of large-scale rotary parts and real-time error compensation model are effective.
