目的：探讨补锌治疗小儿急性腹泻病的临床效果。方法：以2010年10月-2012年10月我院收治的88例小儿急性腹泻病患儿为研究对象，随机分为对照组和治疗组，各44例，对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的同时予以补锌治疗，观察两组患儿的临床症状改善及治疗效果。结果：治疗组有效率100.0％，对照组有效率68．2％，治疗组患儿在临床症状改善及平均住院时间等方面明显优于对照组，两组差异明显，具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：在常规治疗小儿急性腹泻病的同时予以葡萄糖酸锌口服，能够有效缓解患儿临床症状，缩短治疗疗程，是治疗小儿急性腹泻病有效和安全的方法。

Objective :To study the clinical effect of zinc supplementation George infantile acute diarrhea disease .Meth-ods:(October 2010 to October 2012) The author’s hospital treated 88 cases of infantile acute diarrhea of children as the research object ,and randomly divided into control group and treatment group ,44 cases in each ,control group given con-ventional treatment ,the treatment group in the conventional treatment to zinc supplementation therapy at the same time ,to observe the clinical symptoms improved and the therapeutic effects of two groups of children .Results:The treatment group effective rate was 100.0% ,the control effectiveness 68 .2% ,treatment group patients in the clinical symptoms improved and the average length of hospital stay was better than that in control group ,the differences be-tween the two groups ,with statistical significance (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion:In the conventional treatment of infantile a-cute diarrhea disease at the same time give zinc gluconate oral ,can effectively relieve clinical symptoms ,shorten the treatment period of treatment ,is George infantile acute diarrhea of effective and safe method .
