近十年来腔镜技术在颈部外科领域的应用得到快速发展。目前腔镜甲状腺手术存在多种径路，包括腋窝路径、乳晕路径和前胸路径等。本文通过对经口腔镜下甲状腺手术等全新的手术路径进行阐述，比较其与传统腔镜手术路径及开放手术的优缺点及存在的问题，以帮助读者了解甲状腺微创技术的进展方向，合理选择手术方式。

The techniques of endoscopy used in the ifeld of thyroid diseases have dramatically advanced in the past decade. This review gives an overview of the new endoscopic techniques currently used in thyroidectomy, such as endoscopic minimally invasive transoral thyroidectomy (eMIT), trans-oral partial parathyroidectomy (TOPP) as well as paracervical approach endoscopic thyroid surgery. Shortage and advantage of these new techniques are compared with traditional endoscopic surgery for better selection on clinical utilization. Transoral thyroidectomy is still in preclinical study and initial stages of clinical application.
