随着市场经济的发展，高等教育的专业设置作为人才培育的主要载体，其重要性受到越来越多的关注。本文从政府、市场、高校三个维度分别分析了其各自对高校专业设置的影响，在明确了影响因素的作用机理后，将市场、政府、高校三者统合起来进行探讨，从基础建设、组织结构、宏观调控三个方面出发，探讨构建高校专业设置模式。

Along with the development of market economy, the importance of the setting of higher education majors, which is the main base of personnel training, gains increasing popularity. From the aspects of government, market and university, the author analyses the corresponding influence to majors setting. Defining the influence mechanism, combining with government, market and university factors, from the aspects of basic construction, organization structure and macro regulation and control, the author studies the mode of majors setting in university.
