随着人们对食品安全的日益关注，水果蔬菜中农药残留检测越来越受到重视，而样品前处理是农药残留检测中的关键步骤。近年来，新的前处理技术层出不穷，优缺点各异。文章对当前国内外的前处理技术的研究进展进行了综述，并分析讨论这些技术各自的特点及其应用现状，同时对这些技术的研究现状和发展趋势进行了分析和展望。

As people became increasingly concerned about food safety , pesticide residue detection in fruits and vegetables is getting more and more important .Sample preparation is a key step in the pesticide detection of multi-residues .In recent years , new sample preparation technologies is emerging .The latest research progress on sample pretreatment techniques was reviewed in this paper .The characteristics of each of these technologies and their application status were analyzed , and the status of these technologies and trends analysis and outlook were summarized .
