利用clustal W软件对42个猕猴桃( Actinidia spp.)品种及种内不同性别间的rbcL基因序列进行了亲缘关系分析,还根据“和平红阳”猕猴桃雌株和雄株的叶绿体基因rbcL序列与GenBank的其他猕猴桃rbcL基因序列进行UPGMA聚类比对.结果表明,广东省野生猕猴桃种质资源中rbcL基因序列具有一定的多样性,猕猴桃野生种rbcL基因的多样性高于栽培品种和种内不同性别.通过对猕猴桃clustal W亲缘关系分析和UPGMA聚类比对,显示猕猴桃种间的rbcL基因差异性明显,可分为4组类群.认为rbcL基因的DNA条形码技术适用于猕猴桃属植物的多样性研究,将为猕猴挑的系统发育研究和猕猴桃资源保育提供一种研究思路和技术方法.

Using clustal W software to analysis the genetic relationship between the rbcL sequences in 42 Actinidia spp.and within different gender .The determined rbcL sequence of Actinidia chinensis cv He-ping Hongyang , and the highly similar sequences in the GenBank DNA database were aligned , then the MEGA4.0 software was used to construct a dendrogram by UPGMA clustering analysis .The results showed that the wild kiwifruit germplasm resources in Guangdong province are of diversity .The diversity of rbcL gene from wild kiwifruit is higher than that of cultivars and species in different gender .The UPG-MA clustering revealed that the diversity is obvious in rbcL gene of kiwifruit species and kiwifruits can be divided into 4 groups of taxa .Based on the study on the genetic relationship analysis by clustal W and UPGMA clustering algorithm , rbcL gene is applicable to being DNA barcoding for diversity analysis .It will provide a new train of thoughts and methods to study in phylogeny and resource conservation of ki -wifruit.
