In this paper , we put forward a new low temperature type cooling tower.And we do some theoretical an-alyses of thermodynamic calculation , which include the heat and mass transfer of the air and the spray water , the heat and mass transfer of the air and the lithium bromide solution and the heat transfer of the superheated steam and the lithium bromide solution.This paper introduces an example of the low temperature cooling tower to us , and do a detailed research for it.
