Dongjia iron deposit is located in the south-central part of Panshi-Shuangyang Au polymetallic metallogenic belt, is one of the most important iron ore metallogenic zone in Jilin Province. This paper introduces the regional geological survey, geological features, ore type, geophysical features of Dongjia iron deposit, estimates resource reserves of iron ore. The genesis and prospecting criteria of the iron deposit are conifrmed.
