山西夏县东郭井是山西省南部地区映震性能较好的一口流体观测井，自2007年观测以来，水位、水温的几次阶变异常与山西及周边地区的中等地震都有较好的对应关系。2011年4月16日，东郭井水位、水温再次出现阶变变化，且变化幅度较大，异常出现后，对观测系统、地下水开采情况、井孔结构三方面进行调查与分析，最终确定此次异常变化是由井孔井管错位造成，非地震前兆异常。
산서하현동곽정시산서성남부지구영진성능교호적일구류체관측정，자2007년관측이래，수위、수온적궤차계변이상여산서급주변지구적중등지진도유교호적대응관계。2011년4월16일，동곽정수위、수온재차출현계변변화，차변화폭도교대，이상출현후，대관측계통、지하수개채정황、정공결구삼방면진행조사여분석，최종학정차차이상변화시유정공정관착위조성，비지진전조이상。
A fluid observation well in Dongguo , Xiaxian, located in south of Shanxi , has a better reflecting ability to earthquakes .Several step variation anomalies of water level and temperature have had good correspondence to medium -strong earthquakes occurred in Shanxi and its periphery since the beginning observation in 2007 .Significant step variation anomalies of Dongguo well level and temperature appeared a -gain in Apr.16th, 2011.After investigating and analyzing the observation system、exploitation of groundwater and borehole profile , we con-firmed that this abnormal change was caused by the dislocation of pipe in borehole rather than precursors .
