建立原子吸收法火焰法(FAAS)测定真空采血管中 NaF 含量的不确定度评估方法。根据测量过程,全面鉴别不确定度来源,计算各分量的不确定度,建立数学模型,最后计算出合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。真空采血管中 NaF 含量测定的结果可表示为2.15±0.052 mg/L (k =2),合成标准不确定度为0.026 mg/L 和扩展不确定度为0.052 mg/L。本方法适用于原子吸收法火焰法测定真空采血管中 NaF 含量的不确定度评估,对合理地赋予被测定结果的分散性具有重要意义。

To establish a method for the evaluation of the uncertainty in the NaF content determination of evacuated receptacle by FAAS.According to the measurement process,each component of uncertainty was calculated by analyzing the various variable sources of uncertainty generally,and a mathematical medel was established.The combined standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty were then finally obtained.The expression of the results of the NaF content determination of evacuated receptacle was 2.15 ±0.052 mg/L (k =2),the combined standard uncertaintywas 0.026 mg/L,the expanded uncertainty was 0.052 mg/L.This method is suitable for evaluating of the NaF content determination of evacuated receptacle by FAAS,and it is important meaning to give the dispersion of the determined results.
